As a millennial, I'm often pegged as gen Z because I have some softer features and often placed 5 years younger

Probably just happening in europe and NA because if you look at Asian countries they look normal for their age

I think the only concerning trend out of this is the cosmetic surgery. There's nothing wrong with a classic fashion sense, or experimenting with make up. But cosmetic surgery can affect your face for life. And 20 years later you'll regret it

As far as the young women go, it's because of all the heavy makeup, fashion, snatched looks, cosmetic procedures etc and the fact that they are doing all this at much younger ages than the rest of us did... if at all. They are taught via the internet at very young ages that they need to look a certain way and in most cases it just makes them look older... especially the girls that are very involved in social media. Trying to grow up too fast leads to looking older too soon. (plus it might have something to do with all the hormones being pumped into our dairy and meat... just a thought)

As a millennial I don’t think Gen Z looks old. A section of them are just so obsessed with having a glow up & looking perfect at such young ages that they course correct too hard & skip the awkward stages of youth. I honestly think the reason behind it is that they grew up on the internet & smartphones so the risk of being “caught on camera” looking a certain way or behaving a certain way is often at the back of their minds.

Maybe because us Millennials were promised the world in education and career prospects (even though results were tragic), we’re dealing with reality now. Meanwhile a lot of gen Z folks and alphas already are aware early on there won’t be much to strive for
